- Prime and top coat keel plug (4 coats)
- Remove spikes from keel, forward floor/bulkhead, and remaining floors
- Lift in engine
- Make templates for engine beds, floor #0 and engine bay floors
- Machine mahogany and keelson
- Make, glue, clean-up, shape and fit engine beds, floors, floor #o, and blocks to floor #1, and shape and sand all
- Everdure floors
- Scrape bilge, forward and aft
- Scrape pitch down to below keel top
- Measure and collect copper for floor bolts
- Arrange manufacture of nuts and washers
- Remove engine, propellor, and shaft
- Seal flanges and through hulls

- Plane to template shape
- Fit to hull
- Make infills and tingles, and glue together
- Fair tingles to floors
- Mark out for bolts
- Bore and counterbore floors and keel
- Clean up floors, sand and radius
Scrape paint from bilges. Remove engine beds

- Make bulkheads and template
- Assemble and glue in foam
- Shape, fair, and fill foam
- Sand filler and refill

- Remove engine and standing rigging
- Build cradle
- Slip
- Waterblast hull
- Remove internal ballast
- Pump out bilges
- Load onto transporter
- Deliver to outside workshop
- Transfer into workshop
- Remove keel bolt nuts and washers
- Remove keelson
- Drill around keel bolts
- Wedge keel off and cut bolts beneath hull
