Clean up and fair inner planking edgings and refine second plank bevels. Cut scarfs into existing and new top planking. Cut bottom bevels and fit to hull. Trim corner blocking and fit and glue in blocking for bottom of sharp corners. Shape transom and fair into top planks. Cut back planking for hull repair. Fit and glue on sheer clamp packers. Fair sheer and plane on camber. Fair deck beams and check into sheer clamp and rudder post.

Make, fit, and glue in repairs to centre and inner planking. Make, fit and clue together rebate panel and blocking to transom hoop. Cut back and scarf aft outer planking. Make, fit and glue on repairs to outer planking. Fair repairs into existing planking. Trim and fit hoop to all new planking. Glue and screw on transom hoop. Fair blocking into planking.

Remove cockpit. Fit and glue on sidedeck cleats. Remove aft deck and transom blocking. Make support cradle for aft planking. Make aft deck beams. Make templates and jog for transom hoop. Machine, laminate, clean up and fit transom hoop. Cut back and scarf sheer clamps. Cut back and scarf damaged inner planking. Make and fit plan repairs.

Make templates. Fit and scarf sidedecks around cockpit. Remove cockpit and coamings. Fair and vacuum bag on teak veneers. Replace cockpit. Mark and trim veneers for decking. Prepare and glue on coamings to cockpit. Fair coaming bottom edges. Fit and glue on timber trimming.

Deck

Fair second layer of decking. Fit, trim, and glue on third layer. Plane joins fair. Cut out panel for companionway. Trim deck edge flush and rout in rebate. Repair sheer plank by letting in new timber.Make deck edgings, scarf together and glue to deck edge. Fair back edging. Make and glue in infills behind and alongside billet head. Fair infill with deck, fit and glue on three layers of decking above. Fair and clean up forward decking. Make rebates and edging pieces around billet head. Glue in. Radius all edgings and sampson post hole. Fill all staple holes. Glass down hole. Shape billet head edgings. Fibreglass deck. Trim fibreglass from gunwale edges and scrape all joins.

Cockpit coamings

Grind outer coamings. Fibreglass and bog. Fair coamings and spot bog. Make deck edge mouldings and fit. Glue on moulding transition pieces. Clean up and fair in.
