Construct booby hatch and slide: make jigs, machine timber, laminate components; machine and fit mouldings; make corner posts; rebate top frame onto sides; machine, fit, and laminate together top panel; carve corner mouldings.

Fit premade side deck panels to cockpit. Make, scarf, and paint additional side decking. Make and fit side deck blocking and final support and trim pieces around forward end of cockpit. Make and fit teak companionway posts, post securing cleats and companionway beam. Make bi-fold lids fit to posts. Make filler blocks. Make engine box components fit nicely.

Make brackets for water strainer and fuel filter, Make fibreglass electricals mounting box and bracket, Make mounts for engine instrument panel. Prepare for and glue in cockpit.

 

Make blocks and mount clips to fasten in bulkheads. Run and mount fuel and breather lines, run exhaust tubing. Mask and fill large interior planks gaps with sikaflex. Mount fuel tank and make arrangements for filling. Make cockpit support blocks and gussets. Finiah and fit final fuel tank hold-in. Prepare for gluing in cockpit.

Make cockpit seat mockup/template. Make and paint engine drip tray. Glue and fasten in engine beds. Rout to correct height. Glue and fasten in shaft log, shaft tube, and strut to hull. Make, paint, and fit muffler box mount. Attach cockpit support ribs and mounting blocks. ALign and bolt in engine. Trim proptube for shaft seal. Prepare for and fit flexible engine coupling, shaft flange, and shaft seal. Paint as required.
