Screw down starboard forward toerail section to deck. Contrive supports for aft toerail sections. Glue, screw and bung four remaining sections together in situ. Clean up scarfs. Measure for and make remaining bolts. Bolt/screw down remaining toerails. Fair toerail top and cut radius into top edge.

Sand cockpit seats and prepare for varnishing. Apply sealer coat and denib. Apply Uroxsys.

Obtain and test fit sample skylight pane with Sarah Maxey etching.

Cut out all remaining toerail pieces. Cut and refine all scarf joints. Plane on tapers and under bevels. Modify plane and scraper to form top radius. Permanently glue, screw and bung two forward sections together, port and starboard. Make drilling jig and bore holes for hold-down bolts in port forward section. Make bolts from copper rod. Bore and thread holes through deck and into sheer clamp. Dry fit port forward sections to hull.

Make and fit skylight frames to trim glass apertures.

Toerails: make template and take bevels; machine timber, cut scarf, plan on underbevel and taper to first half of starboard toerail; assemble

Make and fit cockpit seats.

Make and fit companionway slide stops. Cut hatch tops for washboards and shape rail ends.

Cockpit coaming cappings: prepare templates; make capping components; glue together; shape and fit to coamings.
