Companionway and hatch: prepare hatch components for gluing. Erect jig and glue, screw, and bolt hatch components to deck and cockpit coaming. Make final adjustments to companionway posts, sill and covering boards. Remove posts, sand and prepare for varnish. Prime and varnish posts with Uroxsys. Undercoat and topcoat in way of post positions.

Skylight: fit brass gutters, bore and cut scuppers at gutter aft end and into top frames.

Dismantle and remove companionway hatch and surrounds. Sand and prepare for varnish. Apply Uroxsys, sand and recoat to give five coats inside and six coats outside. Mask up skylight leaves for and bed in etched glass panes using Sikaflex 295UV.

Sand and prepare cockpit coamings, coaming caps and cockpit transom cap for varnishing. Prime, sand and recoat to give a total of nine coats of Uroxsys.

Sand, de-nib and recoat cockpit seats and skylight components with Uroxsys as required to give final coverage of six coats to all, plus an additional three coats to cockpit seat tops.

Recoat cockpit seats with Uroxsys, sand and repeat to give six coats to the tops and two to the bottoms. Five coats to cleats.

Dismantle skylight. Glue, screw and bung centre rail together; cut bead into lower edge. Sand and seal frames, leaves, case and centrerail. Denib and coat with Uroxsys. Sand and recoat to give four coats to all, except centre rail (two coats).
