Splining planks and refitting stem

Develop method to cut planking for splines. Make and modify tools to suit. Trim to fit centre and inner planking into stem rebate. Push forward quarter hull section back into place and bronze nail inner two plank layers to stem rebate. Improve fit between stem and false stem and between stem and inner knee.
