Complete repairs to centre layer planking and deadwood area covered by garboard. Lightly fill existing gaps between centre layer planks with polyurethane sealant. Scarf in additional width to forward end of garboard. Fasten, with 2½” screws (per plank) through centre and inner planking to keel. Final fit and screw on garboard with 1½” and 2½” screws.
