Toerails and deck

Toerails: plane tops fair; make jig to form clean top radius; cut taper into aft ends; cut in scuppers; seal bottom edge with Uroxsys primer.

Deck: make good broken bolt holes; sand fair in way of the rails; remove fittings and sand entire deck; prepare for and re-resin.
