Deck furniture and hull

Dismantle winches; cut pedestals and mock up new dimensions. Grind, file and sandblast extended pedestals. Shape and fit winch mounting blocks. Trim toerails and make templates for both ends. Plan cockpit gratings and prepare templates. Remove toerails, fair deck as required. Begin removing hull paint.
